Heritage House offers concierge services for those residents who wish to have someone assist or handle daily tasks.

 

• General assistance with tasks relating to procurement of items and arrangement of services

• Liaison with Health Care Professionals (as needed for support, referrals, and health care issues)

• Arrangement, reminders, and follow-up for health care appointments

• Organization of transportation services (calling taxi, arranging private transport to appointments etc.)

• Assistance with laboratory requisitions (faxing, clarification of same)

• Assistance with referrals for medical supplies and equipment

• Reserved Dining Room Seating (for lunch and dinner seating only)

• Complimentary, non-exclusive use of the facility photocopier and fax machine
